Has improved a lot over the couple of years I’ve lived here. The staff are friendly and it is well stocked. They used to send things to the hub a lot which did not make life easier for customers at all. Seemed to have stopped doing that now.
It would be good if they had a more efficient system for queues. If you are paying for an item off the shelf you are in the same queue as people waiting for prescriptions, and people who are expected by a pharmacist after being sent by 111. It could be better. Also even though it is open until 1830 they will turn you away much earlier often if asking for a prescription which I don’t think is fair.

Staff are always friendly and as helpful as possible. Sometimes I may have to wait but this pharmacy is 5 miles from me and is the only one who can fulfill my prescription completely. You may have.to wait a little while but at least I can guarantee I get what I need.

It's nice to be able to get help from people who actually want to help you no matter your mental or physical health condition. Paydens at Larkfield Kent is a very well educated chemist/pharmacy, they carry a great deal of different items and if they don't have it can advise and help you rather than just sending you away.
Personally for myself I have found the caring and friendly nature of the staff extremely helpful when lets face it I'm feeling very unwell, anxious or just need some advice on what to do next to aid my health issues. The other really helpful thing is if your housebound or unable for whatever reason to collect your prescription there may be a possibility to have it delivered by the friendly team of drivers
I might not always agree with what they say but it's Paydens who are keeping safe and alive so I can honestly say I do trust them completely. Thanks x

Paydens is wonderful. They always have what I need in store for over the counter items. If they don’t have a prescribed medicine I need (I have had some interesting ones prescribed), they always communicate well about when it will be in and are honest and upfront with me about everything, even calling to let me know when the items are in. I travel 8 miles to go to this pharmacy because I feel they are the best around.

An hour wait for a pre-ordered prescription that I ordered a week ago! Countless customers came in after me that had to wait for a prescription to be dispensed and were served before me. When I spoke to the colleague I was told they are short staffed and I have to allow 10 days for collection!!!! No waiting system at all. Appalling service will be going elsewhere from now on

Better Than all the Rest

"Each time I've visited Paydens at 12-14 Martin Square, Larkfield, I've had a wonderful experience with their courteous, efficient, and cheerful staff. On one occasion, I even had the opportunity to have a chat in a private room with their head pharmacist, who kindly took my blood pressure. Paydens is located miles away from my residence, whereas Oaks Pharmacy, situated just across the road from my house, seems incapable of delivering such exceptional service. Today, I was pleasantly shocked to receive a phone call from Paydens, checking in on how I was doing with my prescription. I must admit, I was almost fell off my chair in disbelief in doubt at the incredible care and level of service received from Paydens at every level, after the appalling experience I received at Oaks my faith has been restored and the extra distance up the hill on foot from the village is well worth it."
