Within moments of viewing Pemberley Manor we knew it was the place to send my Mum for respite. The good feeling we got from all the staff we met on the first visit was so genuine and caring and it stood out way above the other care homes we had viewed. They have activities every morning and afternoon that are accessible and adapted for all. The food is all home cooked, delicious and large portions and you are able to book to have a meal with your relative/friend. Rooms are modern and welcoming for residents and are well positioned close to dining halls and lounge areas. My Mum had a really good, well needed stay at Pemberley Manor and this would be the place for her long term if the need arises.

I would not recommend applying for a position with this company or trusting them with the care of a loved one. I went through an extensive and unprofessional recruitment process for a Wellbeing Lead role, including two interviews and a trial shift. I was assured by the home manager that the job was mine, but after two months of interviews and trials, I was abruptly told I was unsuccessful, with no clear explanation.

The recruitment team was disorganized, and the overall management of the establishment seemed chaotic. Based on my experience, I would question the level of care provided to residents. If the staff and processes are this unstructured, it raises serious concerns about the quality of attention and support given to those in their care. I would advise others to look elsewhere for employment or care for a loved one.

I cannot recommend Baycroft Grays Farm Road enough. I spent a weekend running around homes and from all that I visited this one has the warmest, family feel, kindest staff, and great facilities. It's so nice and bright and is spotless. They have supported me so very much with the transition of Dad's respite stay. You really could not ask for more as a family member and for your loved one. Thank you all so very much x

Baycroft is top tier and the only luxury home I have been to that does not differentiate between agency and permanent staff. There’s mutual respect amongst the staff members. The home is well managed. Residents are well looked after, they are fed their choice of meal, have loads of activities lined up to choose from everyday with additional in-house cinema and game room where visitors can sit and interact with the residents. Covid rules are followed and everyone is kept safe. Baycroft is truly a home away from home

I requested a brochure & today had a call from a lady to follow up on my enquiry. I explained I was looking into finding a care home for my mother but needed to know what the fees are - they don't put these in the brochures, of course. She just put the phone down on me without even saying anything further. I tried calling back & nobody answered. This is so rude and if that is how they treat people making enquiries, I would not consider letting my mother anywhere near the place.

Delightful looking home with caring staff willing and able to give residents all they need in their retiring years. Great attention to detail with top notch catering, furnishings and innovative facilities...I love the way families & loved one's are encouraged to visit and provided for.
