Travelled 3 times to donate items after making sure items were washed ironed etc and quite a few new items added in bags as well only to be told not taking donations today. took them to another charity shop wont be going here again.

Visited for the first time and found the shop large and airy. Presentation was thoughtful and items reasonably priced. The 2 Ladies were friendly approachable and helpful and although we didnt find what we needed we will be back again. Shop has a few parking spaces infront but I cant help think it is in the wrong location for footfall and a place on a retail park would make the shop so much busier. 5 Stars

Lovely people run this shop, nothing is too much trouble. The manager let me take dresses home to try on as I have low immunity.
Plenty of great bargains to be had here.

Used to be reasonable prices. Now way to expensive. And very cluttered and very small shop . Need better stuff if you want to sell things at such high price... It's Padiham not London. Why are you so expensive for such tat

Hard to believe in this day and age that the shop would not take 6 bags of decent clothes because the person serving was on her own and made the decision that she couldn’t cope never mind I’ll take them somewhere else.
