The cafe has had a make- over since my last visit. The ambience is now much improved. The staff (all volunteers) are very friendly.
I enjoyed the coffee and cake. In the late few weeks they have had wifi installed. If you are in Penrith and want food or a drink, I would recommend you try Penrith Parish Centre.
