From the moment I met Daniel and the team at PFFD, I felt a deep sense of comfort and warmth. More importantly, I trusted them completely to provide my dad with the care and send-off he deserved. I cannot thank them enough for their personal and compassionate service.

PFFD are truly outstanding. They go above and beyond to create a meaningful and fitting tribute, offering kindness, empathy, humour, support, and invaluable advice every step of the way. The entire team is simply wonderful—professional, caring, and always willing to help, no matter the request.

At times, I felt completely overwhelmed, but they guided me through everything, from the moment my dad passed away. They became my safety blanket, and I genuinely don’t know how I would have coped without them.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Their kindness, understanding, and dedication made all the difference in creating the most beautiful and memorable farewell. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and for that, I am eternally grateful.

We were dealing with the passing of my Father in Law in Falmouth and we live near Cambridge. Roy did so much to expedite the release of his body from the Hospital even before we had engaged their services. This gave my wife a lot of comfort and helped her a lot. Despite ringing him at all hours, Roy never made you feel bad but rather did everything he could to help.
