This driver yesterday 14/01/2025 pulled out on me as I was approaching the junction he pulled out on me from. The gentleman in the van proceeded to take pictures of the vehicle i was in. The guy pulled his phone out whilst driving for one. Two, the gentleman pulled out and decided to drive 15mph on a road with no cars on as I had no cars behind me and I had to break hard as this guy has just pulled out infront of me when I was so close to his junction. How is this man even driving for the company? On his phone whilst in control of the vehicle and not only that, could have caused an accident. The gentleman could have had vulnerable people in the big van too. Please be careful which company you pick to get your family around in. I spoke to someone on the phone and she was dis-interested.

Amazing that they provide transportation for mobility. Only gave vehicle for 2 hours. Moreover, had to go over 2km away from Windsor Castle for which the vehicle was taken. Absolute nonsense! The vehicle itself is good (functional) but small

They misguided us that the mobility chair is at entry of the Windsor castle which was a complete lie .also you have to return it strictly at 5 pm so you don’t have enough time to goto the place after Windsor visit . They need to be more transparent on everything

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU, on using the service for the first time. I didn't know what to expect but Graham soon put me at ease. He was awesome in his care and concern for my welfare. Excellent service, and well worth the membership fee. :o)
