A safe and welcoming place for those of a volunteering disposition. The offices, more spacious than first appears, are close to city centre. No on site parking but car parks within easy walking distance, as are the bus and rail stations

Certainly the worst council office. The staff is unqualified. No curtesy at all and don't know the right information. The telephone services are terrible. Kept u waiting for minimum 30 mins n just passing the calls to each other.
