Awful company to deal with. If you try to phone them you are in a queue for over an hour just to speak to someone who fobs you off.
They cancel appointments that they only verbally confirmed (no written confirmation of the appointment date) and no cancellation text received despite them swearing that they sent one, and that it must be my fault that I didn't get it, very convenient.
They can't tell me when they can next reschedule the cancelled appointment as they don't have any availabile.
They sent me for a blood test half way across Nottingham but wouldn't tell me what it was for.

This company is not a help to the NHS. They are a stalling tactic that causes more stress than it will ever save.

I don't no how I can remove myself from their system and see an NHS doctor instead.

Please never privatise the NHS of this is the level of service we will receive.

The pain clinic at Kings Mill was brilliant.
PICS has been a nightmare.
After working very hard to get an appointment at all, as they wanted to basically get rid of me from their list, I eventually had to travel all the way to Arnold from Mansfield Woodhouse.
They cancelled an appointment in a surgery near Mansfield and in order to not to have to wait many more weeks I took the appointment in Arnold.
Is that help in the community?
Then I was to be referred for physiotherapy. After waiting 3 months of waiting to hear, I rang PICS to be told the referral had not even been sent through!! So they sent it then.
Seven months later I’ve finally got an appointment.
I have also, after nearly a year and a half, got an appointment for a pain injection but if it had been left to PICS I would have been left by the wayside.
If I hadn’t persevered I would have been left with no physiotherapy even though I was told I was being referred and it was in my notes, and no pain relief.

The nightmare goes on. After being referred back to my GP months ago I am still getting letters from this company as if I was under their control. What a nightmare this has been. And just when I thought it was over they have started again. If you can avoid this company do so. They may tell you that they are the NHS but they are not they are a private company, PS I have now found how to get out of this nightmare. Phone National Health England and tell them how you are being treated or should I say not treated and they will sort it.

Was initally dealt with by Dr Hobbs
Great.
Then was refered to another one of his
Team, initally she was great, if any probs contact me.

Well there was probs, i asked for help and i got no help, i asked again to the same person and unfortunately i lost my temper which i shouldnt have done but after being in constant pain for weeks.
I apologised and said i was sorry.

Im still in constant pain 6 months later and i asked for another help phone call.

I got the same person, who basically was short tempered and gave me no help again......

I hope when they are older they are not treated like me.

What do i do.......

The nightmare still continues, i am in constant pain. Asked and asked and asked again for help......non received.

Theses are not i repeat not the Nhs.

Spoke with Gp, this is not good enough. Going to city pain clinic.

This firm is private and not run by the nhs. Poor communication and are there to try and save the nhs money by stalling people's treatments with excuse after excuse.
