Pineapple care have been looking after our father at home for almost 2 years which enables him to stay in his own home. The carers are respectful and helpful to him on all visits, two particular carers Mandy & Nikki have been with him from day 1 and deserve a special mention for their support and assistance, always with a smile and chat. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pineapple to care for your loved ones.

I just want to say a big thank you to all the carers that have recently taken over my Nan and Grandads care, they have been so helpful and understanding at this difficult time for the family and knowing that the friendly care team are going in each day has giving us all the reassurance and support we have needed.

Poor company!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poor services, poor handlings, poor time management!
Poor communication!!!
They dont wash you properly, they dont change your clothes.. lets just say they do 25% of the job, so if you got these people entering vulnerable peoples homes then at your own risk. Stay clear. Do yourself a favour and save your money, time and the headache. These lot are a complete joke!

Lisa the manager is very of this ain she. Well done for taking advantage of peoples circumstances, you cant even offer even 80% of duties which is on website... so heres me leaving a review after calling them sooooo many times when they messed up, guess what they even left my father with fieces in his pants and was going to let him sleep the night.
Absolutely disgusting company, disgusting people. Hardly anyone is even trained. Well done Lisa looks like they all lazy like you, you dont even talk to me, ive called before many times and im still waiting for a call back i requested a month ago!!!
