Allways busy and understaffed.
Waiting time for reception is like 15 min.

Aways busy. Staff can be lovely and very rude. Long wait time. Impossible to get an appointment. Phoning them is very hard. Most of the salaried doctors are lovely. The partners are rude.

The staff are great and very helpful. It's a place I've been to several times for specialist checks. But the car park is always busy and it's not cheap. Harrow now have an app and I think it's better than having to buy tickets.

Bad customer service. One of the receptionists is very rude. She doesn't let patients talk. She cut off people. She interrupts you while you are talking. She speaks loudly & none stop. She does not have manners. She sounds racist with a wrong discrimination attitude. She annoys patients. She makes patients uncomfortable and upset. She is doing many other destructive behaviours too.

Not what it uses to be. It has become far too big but I'm astonished that their system works....or maybe it's just because I've been a patient since the days of the old Pinn surgery. Getting to see a GP.is almost impossible but twice I emailed them for a prescription and twice I got it the next day! So, I shouldn't complain although I would have liked to see a GP.....and still do!

So bad, my arm hurts because of that nurse and the respiration took an hour to find my form on the system and they were very rude

The clinic was ok, but the reception staff are patronising, rude and incompetent both in person, and on the phone. When they bother to answer they just hang up. Minus stars for receptionists.
