My sister as been in the manor for 6 wk Dorothy she as had best care ever all staff very caring and helpful nothing to much trouble definitely would recommend this care home thank you dawn and all the staff for caring for my sister and still are doin thsnkyou all

Simply brilliant, fantastic staff in all departments. My mother has been a resident here since last Christmas, not complaining once. Doctors come quickly when asked to do so by the nursing staff. The administration is also very efficient. The hygiene rating is the maximum 5. Every time we visit there are always people cleaning. The most important thing is that the care of the residents is top priority and comes second to none. Very highly recommended.

Pinxton Manor WAS exceptional in the first few weeks.
Then suddenly their standards dropped.
Mistakingly celebrating the wrong person's birthday, then transpires that person passed away a while before!

WiFi has been down for over four weeks and they have made no attempt to restore.
Staff such as Kasia and Remi are brilliant and work tirelessly.
However I have witnessed behaviour from some staff and even management that is at times disgusting.

Can only recommend if they revert back to their previously high standards.

Very bad experience, holding back medicines not getting medical help. Not offering baths. Some very rude staff. If you say anything the manager don't like she'll bully you to keep quiet. She's either blind to what's happening or the ring leader. Have been reported.

Mums inn Dementia all seems fine in this home plemty of good quality care assistants they are the bees knees nothing to much for them.. im as is my family very grateful to all of you your a inspiration to all of the mining community in and around us with the true spirit that you all show to the world..one last big Thankyou from BRIAN KATH ZAC SHARON KENNY MARK TRICIA JEANETTE MICHELLE ALAN YES ALL OF US T H A N K YOU 2014..
