Went with a friend, felt a bit uncomfortable .
But staff very kind and gave you a chance to explain yourself which, was very helpful. Would have given 5 stars ,but place needs a paint job, just to make it look nice.( This is my view).

It is what it is! Nicely out of the way so no parking issues at all. The carpark area is kept clean by a local Garden company

It's hard to find being in the back of beyond down the bottom of an industrial estate in what can only be described as a shack. Good news though the staff were lovely - proficient and humane given what they're there for.

Terrible place , not wheelchair friendly (first two doors struggle to get through) assessors that take your answers and don’t listen and don’t consider your mental health .falsely put your answers and lie on the form , what a way to make people in not good health feel even worse about it .

As you enter the building, in my case in a wheelchair, there are 2 sets of double doors, about a metre apart. The left hand door to start with opened followed by the internal right hand door. Both opened towards you from the outside. How stupid can you get? A building specifically for disabled people, and your met by an assault course. My son had one door held with his foot, the other with his head, me stuck in the middle trying not to get hurt by swinging doors, all while he is trying to manoeuvre the wheelchair. Well done PIP!!! Pathetic people.
