We've been working with Georgina for the past four months and couldn’t be happier! She has been incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in training our two-and-a-half-year-old Labradoodle, Winnie. From loose lead walking and harness advice to settle training and everything in between, Georgina has provided expert guidance and reassurance every step of the way.

Her connection with Winnie is fantastic, and her calm, positive approach has not only made training enjoyable but also given us so much more confidence in our own skills. Every session feels productive and encouraging, and we’ve seen such great progress. Georgina’s detailed notes after each session are incredibly valuable, providing clear guidance and reinforcement between lessons - something we haven’t experienced with other trainers. We had Georgina as our dog trainer and have had the best experience with her! We really love her approach to dog care and her 1:1 lessons have been a huge source of support in navigating life as new dog owners! We’ve found all the advise and training really brilliant in helping with our crazy cockapoo’s behaviour. With the training we’ve been taught to manage things we were having trouble with (like jumping up on walks/ biting and the excitement he would have when I got in from work that made it almost impossible to give him a proper hello! ) the exercises Georgina gave us really helped with these issues! Having a new puppy is a big change and at times quite overwhelming! So having a dog trainer like Georgina who can help you with all the right exercises for your dog is such a blessing! A big thank you to Georgina for all her help and can’t recommend enough! Also want to add she really recognises our dogs needs and you can tell she really cares for him and his development!

I think all the reviews speak for themselves. Georgina is just simply amazing, her love for dogs and their wellbeing shines through. Having last had a puppy 14 years ago I had completely forgotten about all the hard work that needs to go into the puppy training. Georgina has given me the confidence and encouragement to help our 5 month old labradoodle Ronnie on his way. Each session is followed up by notes on what has been covered which is so handy to look back on. I will certainly miss Georgina and I know Ronnie will too but know she is always at the end of an email. Thank you so much for all your help x

Georgina has been an enormous help with training our Cavapoo, Saffy. We have worked with previous trainers and behaviorists particularly on separation anxiety and settling, but felt that no one really understood our challenges or took the time to really get involved.

Georgina was completely different. She focused on understanding the underlying issues and personality traits that was driving Saffy's behaviour as opposed to giving us one-size-fits-all advice.

We initially had a phone call followed by an indepth session getting to know both Saffy, and us, and going through lots of details on Saffy's behaviour and how we interact with her. As well as giving us training tips and suggestions for some of Saffy's other tricky behaviour (not liking her harness, barking in the garden, general settling)

This was following by an indepth report and structured next steps, followed by regular check ins. Something which we found incredibly beneficial to help us keep on track, and which no other trainers and behaviourists had really offered us.

We are already seeing great progress in Saffy, and Georgina is in touch lots to keep encouraging us when we let training slip a little. It's great to feel confident in what we are doing, which has really helped our own training progression.

Add to this that Georgina is just super lovely and has been a real pleasure to work with.

If you're looking for a behaviourist, I'd recommend Georgina in a heartbeat!

I’m so pleased we found Georgina to come and work with our golden retriever puppy. She instantly had a rapport with him and has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout.
I’d read a few books before getting our puppy but having Georgina actually show me the process of learning commands and guiding me through has been invaluable and not something you can learn in a book!
She has been a great support answering any questions I have each week and discussing scenarios we’ve experienced and how best to handle them.
I would highly recommend Planet Dog to anyone and we plan on booking regular sessions as our dog gets older to help ensure a happy family and a happy dog!

Georgina has been absolutely amazing in supporting us with our new Vizsla puppy, Islay. I can't really say enough about her. It's so apparent how much she loves the dogs she works with, and Islay loves her right back. All of Georgina's training is reward based which makes her really enjoy training and the detailed notes she sends soon after our sessions are so helpful when working on things in between our times together. She's also been really helpful in recommending toys for enrichment, harnesses, etc.

I am a real novice when it comes to all things puppy and I can't believe how well Islay has responded to training and the difference it's made already after just a couple of sessions. Thank you Georgina! I'm looking forward to continuing! 🐶
