Good little soft play centre with a separate area for babies and toddlers. Although you do get older kids running around this area too. Good cafe at this place too.

Been twice with a 13 month old. Both time kids as old as 7 or 8 charging round the under 3s with nobody telling them to leave so had to spend the whole time we were there guarding my 13 month old from being flattened and moving her out of the firing line of older kids. Not good

We held our 4yo's birthday party there on a Sunday afternoon. The staff made the day so easy and carefree; we didn't have to worry about anything and could just enjoy the party with our boy. Staff were friendly, and helpful. All details were seen to, and for a reasonable per-child cost. All we had to do was provide a cake. Can highly recommend, though be sure to book well ahead of time to get your preferred party slot.

Had our sons 4th birthday party here as we usually go every few weeks and love it. What a con. Was offered 3 time slots.. what they didn’t tell us is that we were one of 6 parties all over lapped back to back. 2 parties at a time. Absolutely rammed and still open to public so stressful as it was that busy we couldn’t even see our own kids. What a joke. Staff as good as can be but also totally stressed out running around like flies trying to do everything. They were lovely all of the staff, however, they had said they told the manager it’s too many and not fair on the paying parties for it to be so busy. Clearly management don’t care about the experience for the family. I am absolutely appalled talk about greedy. No personal experience for my son whose party it was. Completely ruined by their greed to book in as many parties as possible. Even asked on booking knowing it would be open to the public if it is usually quiet on a Sunday in December to be told yes it doesn’t get very busy. The only reason we chose there is because it doesn’t usually get packed on a weekend like other playgyms. Totally stressful experience from start to end. Will never come back and was embarrassed to have all our friends and family come to such a shambles of a party. Children’s party food was rediculous, a few sarnis and crisps, biscuits (cold buffet) Waste of money

Thought I'd accidentally walked into Chester Zoo! Absolutely rammed to the brim with kids I couldn't see the floor, or maybe that was due to all the muck, sick, crumbs, spat out food, crisp packets, half chewed sandwiches? Definitely not a safe number of kids inside at all - numbers should be monitored and controlled for safety, surely?! Feral kids knocking toddlers over left right and centre. Might as well have no staff on site because they did nothing to ensure the rules were followed - it was a free for all! Baby area, full of big kids? The place was filthy, school holidays or not.. this place is a shambles. We saw TWO different kids vomit in our visit, cleaned up with paper towels, no gloves, no disinfectant? eek! Totally traumatised from our visit.

If I could give minus stars, I would.
I rang up a day in advance and asked what the difference was between this and Play2 Oldham, and was told that this was more suited for younger babies. Where to start, you advertise it’s free for under 9 months, but I was charged £5 for an 8 month old, to get inside for there to be literally 0 chairs around tables because families that were there earlier had 5-6 chairs per table. The ‘under 3 area’ was run rampant by older children. We came in at 11:40, and had signed out and left by 11:50. If you have a young baby, that is not yet walking or fully crawling, I definitely advise you do not bother with this play centre and go elsewhere. Kids & Adults abruptly pushing against you, even when you’re holding a baby. Definitely do not recommend this play centre whatsoever.

It was a good place, my little one had a great time, but the place lacked ventilation, it got quite stuffy. The little cafe served great coffee and staff were very friendly. There was no problem finding a place to park. Don't forget to bring socks! As kids need to wear socks.

Inexpensive good play area for young children. Toilets could be improved though eg soap and towels
