Attended a Christmas party here in 2019,in the main function room. I have to say that I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the whole venue. All walls,floors,tables,chairs,stages,bar area,and especially the toilets were filthy. I am not perfect myself,and maybe they don't have the budget for thorough cleaning,but surely they can see what I can,and I'm not the only visitor to notice either. When you are renting out your room for the first time to a large group of people,who in fact have this function every year,if you want them to use your facility again, surely you will clean it thoroughly to create a good first impression? Also the decor is extremely old faded and tired,with patches of wall where paper had been torn off and not replaced. I think this place could be a great venue with some t.l.c.,really do. But for now it needs a lot of work,and I hope the owners can get that help they need to do it. I have no idea if the organisers will book this venue again,maybe not which is unfortunate as there are good all round facilities here,and I'm sure the locals love it.

Great social club very cheap drinks and locals are very welcoming another thing could be said about certain staff as they certainly don't know customer service which really let's it down rather rude

I visited during a special Halloween event. I found the clientele ignorant, but it could have easily been a one-off.
