I had the pleasure of being assisted by Anna at the post office, and I must say she was incredibly helpful and kind. I needed help printing a PDF into a book, and she guided me through the entire process with great patience and professionalism. Her friendly demeanor made the experience much more pleasant.

It was a bit of a shock to have such good customer service after having used this post office for the past 9 years. Anna approached me as soon as I came in, found me the right parcel sizes, constructed, packed and taped them for me, and I was in my way in minutes. I was (pleasantly) shocked. What’s going on? Has the management changed? Thanks Anna for the outstanding customer service!! Such a novel experience.
