The Staff are very helpful & recently I went in the library to go on the Computer to look for some Quiz Sites. I'm not very good good with Computers l
have damaged nerves so I asked a member of staff called Paul to help me. He was very good & he found what I was looking for & he also helped to do some photocopies for me.
So yes very good and in a very welcoming Library 👍👍👍.

I think it's the most beloved library, and every staff member there is very enthusiastic, especially a man. Because I am Chinese and my English is not good, he helped me apply for a library card and helped me find English books that I like and can learn. He always greets me every time I go.

One of the best libraries I have visited, there are so many interesting books to read, lots of activities to get involved with and a wonderful atmosphere.
The staff are very supportive and knowledgeable.

Clean & tidy. Where you will find very friendly staff. Who will help you in every way they can. I've been going for a few years. Very bright plenty of room. Old archives of Poulton. Well worth a visit. Caters for everyone young or older.

Exceptionally high standard of help from lady, whose name I think is Louise. She was helping me with reapplication for a Blue Badge and we came up against many problems, resulting in me spending approx 3hours in Wed with her, and about 2 hours today.
She was kind, patient, and very understanding and went over and beyond the call of duty to help me. I really, really appreciated her kindness.
