Very poor. High turnover of staff, led by weak management and unreliable. Family frequently had to do the care because carers incapable. Needs a massive shake up! For a "charity" it is badly run. Have spoken to other clients families and it seems we are not alone in our poor experience of them. Would never recommend them.
Be aware that staff have posted positive reviews - hardly impartial!

Yesterday you were coming out to my wife for a toe nail cutting service by appointment made some 2 months ago. The person appointed to come did not arrive and despite leaving a message on both her mobile phone and your office phone no one has come back to her for a service which we were paying for.
A total lack of communication and poor management which has caused us to look else where.

Never delivered the item I ordered on ebay claiming it was damaged or missing then re-advertised it. Reported to ebay, very dishonest.
