A great short walk for an old dog. Heath has history on display at the old control tower and current wildlife is exuberant.

Great walk around some preserved natural heathland … lots of butterflies (Silver Studded Blues) and even a family of Stoats if you have a spare hour and a camera just go

A lovely place to take the dog for a walk and is in a very natural condition with plenty of wildlife. Only downside is that it's flanked by two major roads so is noisy and probably not that good for air quality.
