I've removed a star because I sat outside on a Saturday morning for 40 minutes past it's 8.30 am opening time.... Gave up in the end. Will have to return on a week day now.
Your one stop shop for all things school uniform related, they cover most, if not all schools in Luton .
Ordering online is easy, the web pages have good size charts that are accurate, in my opinion, saving the need to try things on.
They'll send you a message when your order is ready for collection, and the building is easy to find in the industrial estate behind Barton on the bypass, right next door to the watermill.
Great staff who are very helpful, but dont leave it till the last minute to order unless of course, you want to join large queues of other parents who left it late......

The staff there are extremely miserable and can be abrupt. Reading previous reviews, this has been the case for years and nothing has changed. I haven’t seen one worker break a smile in the years i have visited. It’s a shame as I know people have to spend a lot on money there and would expect better customer service. I also wasn’t made aware that my online order was ready for collection and when asked for the order number which I provided, I was ignored and had to chase again. Also I don’t rate the sizing of the sweatshirts there, it’s a daily struggle to get my little one dressed and the sweatshirt provided should by rights be hanging off him but instead it’s a squeeze to get over his head and pull his arms through.

Prestige in Flitwick are much more friendlier and nicer to deal with. Their communication via phone, email and face to face has always been great and I don’t have a bad word to say about them.

Very unhelpful considering I've explained I'm disabled.
£7.50 postage to send out an £18 order, then £4.89 to send it back as too big.
Then I'm told my refund will take 1 - 2 weeks after they have processed the return,,, when you buy the goods they get money same day.

We went for the first time to Prestigr to buy High School Uniform. A lovely young lady got us all the items we needed, pretty much in the correct size by only looking at my son. It didn't take long and we had everything we needed .
