Their is NO consistancy between work coaches, one told my partner to keep going with a call if someone sound okay about losing a partner, she has also been told constantly to not keep ending calls and to try and push as much as possible.
Today she took a call with a woman who sound fine to talk despite losing her husband earlier in the year, after that call two trainers FIRED HER for continuing despite her being told to use her discretion and to try and complete more calls I am in the same room as her, I heard all this go down and the previous coach telling her to use her discretion and now she has been FIRED for doing as she was told, she even told the p[revious work coach "I thought we werent supposed to continue after a disclosure like that?" and even said to me "I am getting so many mixed messages with this company."

I am already contacting a employement lawyer and the job center to see about grounds for unfair dismissal and I am DISGUSTED that they set her up to be fired when she works so hard!
Also like on the first of decemeber christmas I feel sick to the pit of my stomach they NEED to get all their coaches on the same page!

Had a cold call from them and was led to believe they were calling from the Refugee Council directly... Only found out the name of the actual organisation after I got suspicious. Dodgy...
