AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They don't listen to anything you say they are extremely rude and shout at you and all they do is repeat what you say, I told them my depression is turning into anger and they said that is impossible because they are two different feelings which made me depressed therefore making me angry and walked out on me asking me to leave while I was crying my eyes out and said I am too emotionally unstable rather than offering support. I'm not racist but most of them aren't English and can't even understand what you're saying and and shout at you at your own homes making you feel worse than you did before. I genuinely don't think they're qualified mental health doctors there.

In a check up phone call I had today, I was explaining my anxiety triggers to the operator (having to sit down for long periods of time in formal settings and confined spaces) I was told I will have to find ways to just AVOID sitting down for long periods of time and being in confined spaces. I then questioned the operator that I am a university student so it is necessary on a daily basis for me to sit down for long periods of time in formal settings and be in confined spaces? and will be in pretty much whichever career path i go down? Anyone with any basic knowledge of anxiety will know that further avoidance behaviour around the phobia will only strengthen the phobia? I understand it is not necessary for workers conducting quick check up calls to have degrees or significant education in their field, but a bit of basic knowledge is necessary. I actually couldnt believe she said that multiple times.

The mental health care in this area is absolutely appalling. Useless team, don't know how to handle referrals. Send someone with severe social anxiety to endless groups. People are screaming out for help and you are doing next to nothing to deal with them properly. Absolute joke!

This place is a joke given someone else depot sent to have bloods at sandwell returned expecting to be given my next depot and was left waiting 45 minutes in waiting room to be told I couldn't have my depot because bloods not returned. This should not happen it seems my mental health not of importance
