Thank you for the management Bozena who leads Queens Court care home to be a better direction, great improvement for the Queens Court which helps the residents enjoy their daily life.

The facility offer not only medical expertise but also a warm and supportive and safety environment.

The common area are beautiful designed and set up, offering spaces where residents can relax interact or enjoy some quiet time.

Residents live with laugh and enjoyment everyday which. They love doing different kinds of activities, exercise, games and great lifestyle with cheese and wine, watching movies to keep residents mentally and physically engaged.

Queen's Court is a wonderful care home in Windsor. Management and Staff are very well done for the job, well training, well attitude, patient. They provide well look after and care for the residents. Residents have lots of activities going on in the home. Also resident going out with the carer to explore out of the care home.
Well housekeeping always keep the place clean and tidy.

Been coming to queens court care home many years now ,as a contractor, always a very warm welcome from receptionist Lorraine,she is a absolute star, always got a warm smile.
Working across the building looking after fire alarm you meet all the staff and everyone is always in good high spirits.
Recently met the home manager Bozena, lovely lady and very welcoming. Keep up the great work team.

My housekeeping team is getting much better.
I am so happy to see big improvement in activities, residents are enjoyable and happy for the daily activities, especially more exercise and day trip going.

Fantastic staff to work along side. Receptionist is amazing and makes everyone feel welcome. Our new Manager Bozena has everyone working as a team and always helpful and understanding and has a fantastic vision for the home to be a beautiful home. The head housekeeper Brierley has got a fantastic team working to high standards and all work as a team. Team Leaders are amazing with Robert who is now training employees is absolutely brilliant to work alongside. Karen has done an amazing job in activities and the young carers are so good with our lovely residents and what a delightful place to work with some fantastic people and residents are all amazing

My mother has been staying at Queens Court for almost 6 years and she has been treated with respect, kindness and her individual needs have been catered for. I am contacted on a monthly basis to make sure we are both happy with her care plan and to see if I have any concerns.
Recently there have been more activities at the home including exercise classes, pampering sessions as well as live entertainment.
She celebrated her 100th birthday this year and had a lovely party in the home.
I would recommend Queens Court to anyone who is looking for a caring care home.
