My mum was in Queenscourt Hospice and all I can do is praise the care that she had whilst there, unfortunately she passed away at the age of 92 but myself and family were full of admiration for the nurses who looked after her especially on her final days they made her and us feel at peace 🥰

I was privileged to have a two week stay here. The highest possible nursing care in a beautiful and safe environment.
Everyone exceeded my expectations. Nursing staff , HCA , doctors, housekeeping, cleaners, volunteers, cooks ( cooking better than restaurants).

Queens court are beyond words outstanding in there commitment to there cause. Lifting so much pressure of people struggling to care for loved ones whom are termsnaly ill. 100/10 stepped over the line to offer support and more support. Facilitating in every possible way. Unbalivable what they have done emotionally and physically for my mum and her husband. Without there support mum would have left us alot earlier ❤️. They were there till the end and beyond.

My husband is currently receiving care from QC they are fab the care we are receiving as a patient and family is second to none. Last night they provided a carer to watch my husband while I slept Clare she was great made me feel safe that she would watch and care for Paul and she did exactly that and I slept like a log knowing he was getting the best possible care while at home. I am so lucky that we are receiving support from QC. QC be proud of yourselves exceptional care and support from everyone we have dealt with.

We had never been to a hospice before and had so many thoughts about what it might be like - it was perfect. Tranquil and peaceful but very uplifting and rewarding. Enabled us to spend amazing quality time with our mum (Nan, Nana Tessa, Auntie, Friend) Teresa Howard and see how well she was being cared for. She was gone sooner than we imagined but our experience at Queenscourt has made our grief less painful, more peaceful and able to remember mum being so happy and ready. The whole experience was lovely - the central area to sit and have tea and talk to each other and see mum and tell her too was so beautiful. You helped us make big decisions with ease and made us feel at home and never a burden despite our numbers. We cannot express in words our gratitude but please know we will express it in our support for the hospice going forward. It is hard to imagine you rely on fundraising and donations, it never felt like you were under pressure or financially burdened and we are grateful you manage that with such grace. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such good care of our mum and also of us xx

Having dealt with Queenscourt Hospice on a business level for some considerable time I can say that I doubt if anywhere in the U.K. has such a well trained and efficient team of staff. The levels of care that the patients receive is literally second to none. Furthermore, I would have no hesitation of recommending Queenscourt to anyone.
