Mine is an indirect experience but the young Asylum Seeker from Chad, who recently was moved to Colchester to live in self accommodation and to whom I recommended this charity, only said good things about them. He is so happy to have them in his support network in his new environment. He already feels less isolated.

Refugee Action Colchester is a wonderful organisation that works tirelessly to help refugees. The care and commitment shown to everyone who walks through their doors needing help is amazing. I have seen so many people's lives transformed in such positive ways by RA-C. Not only do RA-C give practical advice and help but they show such kindness and friendship and work hard to help their clients become part of the local community. I can't praise them highly enough.
