My father's large mobility scooter had a puncture at about 3:30 on Fri afternoon, in quite a rural location, I rang Rapid Mobility who said that they would be unable to get to us as their drivers were all out of the area.( Young lady on phone very helpful).
I was called back by them within 15 minutes to say that, one of the directors (Warren) was going to come out to collect it that evening.
Saturday morning, puncture repaired, scooter being returned at lunchtime.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

This company are highly recommended. I wanted to upgrade my mobility scooter and having researched the internet thought I knew what I wanted. I visited their warehouse and discussed my ideas. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was then shown several different scooters. I'm quite tall and it became apparent that that was an issue. They found an ideal scooter for me at a very competitive price. They were great and very supportive.

Took my Mum's walker here for repair as simple repair on a brake cable, they have done nothing and we where changed £30.00 in the process.we told they could not identify the walker for parts.
though the name of manufacture and model number is on an identity plate on it. I was offered a deal on a new walker, I took it home.
My partner fix it in 40 minutes with a pair of plires and Allen key, cable needed adjusting,as pulled through the cable end clamp. Very poor service, wouldn't recommend them
Bought the walker to you no one came to me.

Fabulous, the scooters were waiting for us on arrival, all under a cover to keep them dry, they were clean well looked after.
For the price to hire them was amazing to have them from 10am until 4.30pm so worth the money.
Expected to pay a deposit but no, the lovely lady was so nice on the phone, couldn't do enough for us.
We had so much fun & will definitely use Rapid Mobility again.

Rapid mobility repaired my tyre after it was repeatedly letting me down. Sent a two man team to my home. Cross fingers good as gold now. They go above and beyound, a professional company who treats disabled with respect. The best company I have ever dealt with. Ricky is amazing the whole team are. Thank you all of you.
