Hi this care home may gril Stan Alexandrina working about only 1 month and in then Ming time , work with lady nems is ANCY vangese, and this lady broken may leg wirh full hoist,and I'm making the raport incident,to menegera Gabriela Bucek and don't ghive to me not answering,why is not okay ,im still wanting the answer form thsi care home ,.in mind time,thsi care home let to know me and may boy frend ,you dint have any shifts here why,? ins not okay what Happened here .ty

This home used to have a warm, friendly, family atmosphere but since Red Homes Healthcare took over the place has lost this completely. I have heard they are understaffed and the place looks scruffy. I am glad my grandma is no longer in this home and is now being cared for as she should have been.

Partner worked here and some members of staff spoke to him like he was something they stepped in. Massively under staffed and residents are left waiting when their buzzer pressed whilst some staff just stand and talk to one another. Wouldnt want my family going into this care home place is a joke

There is never any staff there when you need them. Twice I've been there to visit my mum and she has been taken to hospital and I had not been informed The home is a complete joke.
