Quick and easy service to book and use. Highly recommend for anyone who’s busy and not always free. Online form was simple and I could write my instructions easy for collection. Driver will update you throughout day on how far they are and when they are nearby. In my instructions I wrote my bags will be outside and therefore driver didn’t have to ring doorbell. Quick, easy and simple service. Van is branded with Redonate information and logo and reassured me that correct collection was coming. Will be using again in future.

Everything was so easy, from arranging collection to the pick up , I was given an eta and the driver came within the time given. I was able to track him and see where he was. On arrival he was friendly and did what he had to do. I will forever use this company. Thank you so much!

Really easy to book. Unfortunately even though it says a message will be sent about collection time the evening before, never got it. Message sent on the same day, 20 min before collection. I have now tried to book twice but both times missed, cause collection time was sent too late.

It's super easy. Just book in the website and the date of collection. Place the items in the bag (even trash bags). Will let you know exact collection times, tracking details etc. and will collect it from your doorstep. It's in UK

Very easy to organise a pick up. They emailed me the night before to tell me where my donations were going and to inform me of the pick-up time.
Collection was arranged for 16:20 give or take an hour. The driver arrived at 16:09.
You can edit your booking very easily. The driver was very helpful and polite. He had his van loaded in no time.
I have tried to bring my donations to charity shops before and they say we are full and had to be driving around trying to find a shop that will accept my donations. At least this way is a guarantee.
I will be recommending this service to everybody.
