Through joining this group I was able to have one to one counselling with Sarah the founder of the group. I can honestly recommend her for therapy. Sarah encourages us to share posts and to comment how we feel. But doesn't push if we don't want to. The group has gone live on a Sunday morning with Sarah hosting and talking about various things which affect us. Sarah shows confidence and a bit of aniexty which keeps it real for those of us who feel exactly the same way. Sarah also asks for imput on what we as a group would like to discuss, which makes it feel like it is our group.
