Both Re:Gen and my housing association kept insisting the work had to be done ASAP (why they didn’t do it when I was out of the bungalow and they had a completely empty space to work with, I’ll never know), so I made sure to clear the areas around the windows and doors, which seems simple, but be aware that I have to disabilities and health issues, so not simple or easy, but I did it. I’m then told it’ll be 8am and to have my curtains removed so they can, do the work, not feasible, so we agree that they can just be tied back, so I do that the night before which means anyone can peer in, a combination of that and anxiety that I will miss the early start time means I don’t sleep and spend most of the night sat in my front room. 8am comes around, no sign, 8.30am I decide to call to enquire and am told oh it’s anytime after 8am. So I wait, calling only occasionally for an update (that doesn’t come). At about 2:15pm I get a call saying the workmen have it booked in for next Monday. Bear in mind that Re:Gen, my housing officer, the person in charge of the workmen, and I all have it down for this week. Re:Gen just passes blame to the people they hired, as if it isn’t their job to facilitate the work correctly. The people they hire are idiotic cowboys as well, when they were putting solar panels on my roof they managed to smash a hole in my bathroom ceiling, an issue which still isn’t full fixed (they still need to do the plastering) and which has caused other issues like my wet room’s floor drain not draining properly currently because there are tiny pieces of rubble blocking it. Not to mention they left me to clean all the rubble and debris. I know for a fact that some of my other neighbours have complained about the shoddy work as well.

Regen working with Beleive housing did work on my property & have trashed it got black mold paint peeling off walls smashed roof of chicken coop left bricks & metal bits from scaffolding which blow my petrol mower up left holes in walls outside left doors open destroyed my carpets there's no good reason to hire regen to work on ur property cowboy builders. When I rang to complain I just got laughed at & put phone down on me. Avoid at all cost .

Absolute cowboys that hire cowboys, never turn up and when they do they cause more issues. Had floor boards in loft delibrately broken in to pieces, scaffoldings been up 9 weeks and still waiting gor it to come down, cctv cameras were not sorted I had to do this myself. Wouldnt let them touch my house again their bloody useless

couldnt organise a *iss up in a brewery, they hire incompetent agency workers who often down tools on the job or fail to turn up. they run behind on schedules and fail to communicate with you. would not recommend anyone using this company

Re gen did more for me than Gentoo did in a week and the lady I spoke to at Re Gen was to thank for that , Natasha what a wonderful helpful lady thank you so much x
