I made my first visit to the charity shop in February 2025 and was pleased to find it a modern, spacious environment with friendly volunteers. The shop sells clothing, books, toys and has a large bric-a-brac section with some interesting china, glassware and decorative items. It takes both cash and card payments.

The items are fairly priced and laid out clearly on the shelves, with plenty of space to browse. The shop staff also take the time to put together seasonal or themed displays, which give it a fresh look. An added bonus is that there is parking right outside in Trehaven Parade!

Disappointed
Having been a supportive customer for a number of years I'm not impressed with the refitted premises
Far to clinical the character and charm has disappeared
I'm sure that a lot of money will have been spent on the refitted premises
It would appear from speaking with the volunteers who are the backbone of the outlet that they are not impressed either
Sometimes the Desk jockeys could learn more from speaking to the ground workers just what would benifit the 'very successful outlet Hopefully the happy cheerful staff will make sure you enjoy your visit.
