We couldn't go in today as it was broken into so we had to stay outside for coffee and sarnies which was nice but the abuse from Kelly outside was not stopped from staff. Which is upsetting. 1 rule for 1 but different rules for everyone else. Very sad apparently the rules are strict. Everyone heard but she gets away with it.
