I did not rate the experience of going through a Community Resolution Order via Restorative Solutions.

A LETTER OF APOLOGY – is NOT a ‘physical letter’.

You never receive AN ACTUAL LETTER.

Unbelievably a ‘letter of apology’ is simply a just VERBAL statement of words via an intermediary.

Its basically a person verbally reading out words to you over the telephone. That is it. No letter. No document.

I feel its important everyone understands this from the start and there should be a clear FACT SHEET that explains this BEFORE a victim provides an opinion whether they want to go down the Community Resolution Order route.

Was very unhappy with the process.

Hopefully others can learn from this review before submitting their opinion on what path to take.
