Just awful. Do NOT take the option of their (paid-for) mediation service. Whilst they claim expertise the mediators are dangerously unders killed and made my situation far worse. You need a highly skilled lawyer in both countries. Reunite's business model is to push their own mediation service because it bring in revenue, it is NOT going to help get your child returned, but they will reveal to the mother (the abductee in 76% of cases) if you have sought legal advice etc. I repeat DO NOT USE THEIR MEDIATION SERVICE if you want to see your child again.

Incredible people, with a depth of experience and knowledge, I found to be better than most International Solicitors I had engaged with. Their guidance helped me navigate complex situations, and helped me remain calm and focused. Alefiyah is my hero, If you work for Reunite, and sit in the same office as her, please give her a hug from Oliver and his Dad.

If you're suffering as a parent, invest in learning, take on board the advice Reunite give, no matter how difficult that may be to face.

Completely rubbish. Honestly, this organisation is a complete waste of taxpayers' money. As a British father whose daughter was abducted by Czech mother, this organisation came across as totally impotent. Didn't even give me proper meaningful advise in relation to what my options are. One advisor even minimised that my child is alienated from me as if she was the judge and what I said was doubtful. I have a feeling that it's staffed by women and they are biased towards women as usually is the case in today's world. Men have no say. Being a man is like a crime in itself. I wish government would notice and stop its funding and use that money elsewhere wisely.

They are good but the influence of unprofessional social workers who are part of the rest of modern slave traders, child and human traffickers on them is way too much. This situation also applies to their partner ICACU. I just hope these two organisations meant to return abducted children back to their mothers achieve that purpose and get stronger above them. For me, it was not achieved for same reasons. I am hoping it should still be done. The local courts of countries where children are abducted to are same as scary corrupt and also controlled by the culprits and perpetrators as mentioned here.

Very Poor service, I was forgotten about, information delayed and constantly chasing up results after 3 months. Very poor communication, files passed to different workers, information not passed to me from third parties and not responding to all emails. Information intentionally delayed and poor advice given by the team.

I first spoke to Vicky and I found she was very helpful about applying for a Return Order through the Hague Convention on Child Abduction, since then I have had a lot of helpful legal advice from Vicky and other advisers, it would be nice if you could always get through, it would be nice the same person, but they keep a record of your case so anyone you speak to knows about what's going on.

Such a great service, have used them many times and they have given me better advice then a barrister that was paid for. Thank you
