The care shown to my Mum as been brilliant. To see the change in Mum is so good to see. It is not only the family that has noticed the change in Mum.
I attended an hospital appointment at Lincolns diabetic foot clinic. The Doctors were amazed at just how well her ulcers were healing, since being moved to a different home.
The overall appearance of the skin on her legs and feet is so good now. They are being cleaned and creamed like they had been recommending to the other care home.
Mum has only been there nearly a month, yet so much improvement in that time.
It is so good to see the home manager along with the care manager doing the nursing and caring instead of being sat in their office leaving it to other. They really are leading their staff. Many thanks to everyone for making Mum feel so welcome and cared for. It's lovely to see Mum looking so happy every day.

Fantastic care home. Made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The staff are ever so friendly and are on hand whenever needed. The management team have everything together and will do their utmost to cater for your every need.

We have a family member at Richard House and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support they receive. Emma and her team are kind caring and friendly and we always feel welcome when we visit. We are confident our relative is well cared for and happy. Lovely home. We would recommend it to anyone.

This care home has a great lively atmosphere. The residents are always being entertained. The staff are very kind and helpful and are always available to assist with anything. The time and care given to the residents is 5 star all the way. This is somewhere I would have my mum if the time ever came.

me and my family had quite a lot of issues with this care home, we were never informed of any falls or any incidences that we should have a right to know of. in the end, it got so bad that we requested weekly updates from the head care assistant. After my loved one passed away some of the care team were lovely and so supportive and that small minority of staff is the reason why I gave it more than one star.

we knew they took pictures of my loved one multiple times throughout her stay. We asked for these particular photos to be sent to us after her passing and after months and months of asking for these photos, we never received them and were later blocked on Facebook and was unable to contact them! I think that’s absolutely childish and disgusting behaviour from a care home that seem to love her so much! if there was an issue, sending these photos or they no longer had them that they should’ve just said, but they never did anything and it resulted in blocking.

Lovely care home that feels more like your own home. Great friendly staff and management who bring together their expertise to make sure the residents are cared for and happy. Facilities are incredible. Highly recommend

Absolutely lovely home - my friend is in here and I know that she is cared for. Staff are very friendly, as soon as you walk in you’re welcomed by the management team too and offered refreshments. Would recommend!
