Waste not Wednesday, a useful service for anyone who is watching their pennies. They make tasty meals from donated food that are ready to take home and heat up in the microwave. Also other general food items e.g tins and pasta available and all for a small donation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone on a low level of income that is looking to eat well for less.

It's the first visit to community house,and I can't believe although I have lived in Ripon most of my life and I didn't know what a wonderful place it is .Warm and friendly, with a marvellous collection of services on offer everything from new recycling bags to food banks marvellous I'm glad I know about it.

Great to be a small part of the team at the Wholemeal cafe that serve the community every Thursday from 11am. Making good use of short dated foods that are made into delicious meals where you can pop along on your own or with friends and meet new people too.

A superb facility with such lovely helpful people. There are a number of useful organisations based here and NYCC Adult Learning and Skills Service have a dedicated IT Suite for courses. The building is of historic value to Ripon with a garden area PLUS the community garden and Victorian Museum.
