Excellent choice of gifts that keep on giving! Really easy to use and choose. Lovely cards and information for receiver to read and enjoy. I bought the Garden Twinning gift which came with some seeds, instructions/ planner, and the most exquisitely carved wooden plaque to display in you now twinned garden. Gorgeous!

Excellent idea. What do you send to distant elderly siblings that they really want or need? Usually, the gifts that we receive end up in the charity shop. (Gift = £20 + £5 postage. Given to charity shop who sell it for £5 - £10.) With R/E the charity receive the full amount. We really appreciate the gifts that we now receive from our sister.

All gifts were delivered promptly and efficiently by email or in the post. Beautifully presented - inspiring my son-in-law to name the calf that was his gift! - and backed up by the knowledge that the strong charity infrastructure in Africa ensures that they will be life-changing. Thank you, Ripple Effect (formerly Send a Cow).

I ordered for families, and they were sent promptly and the e-cards were appreciated. There's a varied choice, in cost and type, so I chose a chicken for younger children and a garden for older ones. The Dad contacted me to say what a good choice it was as they recently got an allotment, so I've suggested they twin it, don't know if they will.

Loved the virtual charity gifts we bought through Send a Cow at Christmas. The chickens went down particularly well with my niece and nephew! Great to give gifts that actually make a difference.

I ordered items to help people in Africa to give as Christmas presents. The cards came promptly and was pleased with the design. This is so much better than giving presents people do not want

Fantastic place, lovely people, lovely food and the architecture is absolutely fantastic. Great facilities, can have a relaxing meal whilst the kids utilise the play area and pet the cows. I have recommended it to all of my colleagues down at the office (big up Jeremy). Karen absolutely loved it and said she would even cancel the divorce due to our romantic and passionate experience here, so thank you send a cow you have saved my life from utter crisis. #BigUpTheCows.

I sent some of these "virtual gifts" to various relatives for Christmas and they went down really well with the relatives. I'm guessing that recipients of the animals etc were well pleased too. Hoping for some pics below from the organisation.....
