So incredibly beautiful. You can walk to the top of the estuary from Wembury over land maintained by National Trust. Filled with birds and butterflies including the rare cirl buntings, linnets, wall butterflies. From there you can catch a ferry April to September to the village of Newton Ferrers. Or you can follow the river from Yealmpton to Newton Ferrers.
