We visited the shop, the ladies in there were lovely and chatty and helpful. We also hung around to watch the RNLI crew launch the boats for training and despite the aweful weather, we hung around to watch them recover the boats too.

A wonderfully bigger shop with lots to choose from. Shop staff were amazing and couldn’t believe that our local station (Portsmouth) doesn’t have a shop. My late pets name will be on their memory boat (Betty Bouncer).

Was a pleasant experience at Exmouths shop. Finding out one of the ladies behind the till was from Hampshire made our day as that's where we call home. Having two Shannons on view with their carriages made my day. Four million pounds worth of pleasure.

If I could give this more than five stars, then I absolutely would do. Whenever I’m in Exmouth I pop into the RNLI shop on the side of the lifeboat station. The Christmas cards are lovely to send each year and they sell other nice things for gifts, including for children. It’s nice to support the RNLI whose volunteers give their time to provide such a vital service without government funding.

The volunteers are so friendly and will happily chat about their work (not in any pressuring hard-sell kind of way). My little one loves looking at the lifeboat when it’s in the station.

As ever RNLI lifeboat stations always worth your support and they provide an invaluable service to sea farers. Lucky today to see the main boat recovered from the beach at low tide. Quite a spectacular sight when it runs full bore at the beach to ride up on the sand. Then the launch tractor and trailer do amazing engineering things to get it back to station including a full 180 deg. Spin once on the trailer.
