NOTE: THIS LIFEBOAT STATION IS NO LONGER OPEN.. I walked there today as it says on Google it is open until 4:30pm. It isn't. It's closed up. Advised by the volunteer staff at the High Street shop that the building is in a dangerous state and they have had to close it.

Also, the High Street shop is open until 4:30pm from Easter until Christmas, not 3pm as it says on Google. Staff are aware and will update Google ASAP.

Nice place to visit for the history and the work they have done over the years. A lot of respect for the men and women that volunteer for the RNLI, if I only lived closer to the coast, I would certainly volunteer. Amazing work guys, keep it up.

Always a friendly welcome at the station and it's a lovely walk down to it on the prom,with toilets and cafes en route
The station boasts a small shop and the slipway is a great place to watch the tide roll in and out
Always good to time your visit on a practice day as watching the launch or recovery of the stations B class inshore lifeboat is a pleasure

It was closed when we got there but the murals on the wall are incredible, my kids loved it here. We will be back to have another look next time we're holidaying in Norfolk

You have to respect the work that the RNLI volunteers do for our Seaman. Thank you.
