Hope the fact that they were responsible for letting a 2 year old die in one of the mould infested homes is playing on their minds.

Repeatedly ignoring the tenant's concerns about the conditions shows how disgusting this company can be, and also they tried to blame it on the family.

Just saying that you're 'truly sorry' doesn't change the fact that it happened, and you were too lazy to sort out the problem. Too bad it caused the death of a child who was not at fault.

This housing association rightfully lost about £1 million in funding for 'failing its tenants' and I'd like to see whoever was responsible sued and punished for it.

RBH is owned by tenants and employees, what a crock.
They don't give a dam about either.
The stress that all the staff are under is unbelievable. Assisting customers can cause loss of jobs.
There are lots of staff that have been sacked for doing their job, staff that have worked for RBH for many years are being replaced by new staff brought in on a lesser wage and expected to extra work.
Meanwhile they look for the smallest reason to terminate the older employees.
I speak from experience. MOST of the staff do their best to help.

I requested a call back from one of the housing officers, however it's been over 1 week and no response. When I chased this up they informed me that so and so was no longer the housing officer. I then asked to speak to the person who replaced that person. Still waiting for a call back. How difficult is it for people to call back? We have technology such as emails, mobile phone, messaging apps to make things easier. I feel like I'm living in the 1950s when dealing with this bunch of clowns. No empathy, no SLAs when dealing with customers!

I recently received a distressing letter from RBH Housing Association stating that I had zero debt but would still be served with a notice of intention to seek possession. This contradictory and alarming message has caused me significant distress, especially since this is not the first time I've encountered such issues with RBH.

In my experience, RBH is the worst company to rent a property from. Their communication is confusing and often contradictory, leading to unnecessary stress and anxiety. Despite having no debt, I am being threatened with eviction, which is both unjust and repulsive.

Unfortunately, I am stuck with this company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering RBH Housing Association to look elsewhere. The management and handling of tenant relations are subpar, and the overall experience has been overwhelmingly negative.

There shut every time you ring your lucky if you get an answer waste of time rbh apply for housing and because they put you in band d you mite get somewhere in a thousand years joke of a service further to this review I got a flat from rbh Nov 2020 and this flat has been infested with mice rbh do sod all about this issue they should be ashamed of them self's and then they have the cheek to put the rent up they might want to spend a bit doing these rubbish places up by the way if you have neighbours who are anti social don't bother telling rbh they are not intrested
