This place is an amazing place to come visit on Wednesdays, the people putting 1 stars clearly don't know what they're on about. As a child coming to these events/clubs it's been an amazing time already. I've been once so far and it's so good, I honestly can't wait to go visit more. And meet more people to befriend ! It honestly helps quite a bit just talking to the supervisors or the other people attending it's very calming and chilled out. I strongly recommend to come visit atleast once ! It's always good to try new things. But again, strongly recommend 💯

I strongly advise all parents to read this review carefully before deciding to send their children to Rochdale Connections Trust and to listen to their child’s feedback after attending.

At first, the place may seem organized and easy to deal with, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff operate in a bureaucratic manner, show little interest, and do not take parents’ advice or feedback about their child’s needs seriously. Issues that children face are either completely ignored or get worse.

The services provided are limited to a gym membership and ineffective one-on-one sessions, where the child simply sits in a car with an unqualified staff member who either engages in superficial conversation or gets distracted by their phone until the session ends. There is no real effort to address the child’s problems or offer meaningful support.

I previously raised a complaint, but there was no response or concern. When they later contacted me for feedback, I gave them my honest opinion, yet there was still no sign of change or genuine interest.

This is my honest review, and if any parent decides to send their child there, I strongly advise them to check in regularly, listen to their child’s experience, and if there is no improvement after the first or, at most, the second session, withdraw them immediately.
