One of the most notable shops across the UK.

This branch is very big and has sections for all types of music including electronic, dance, jazz, rock, alternative, soul, funk, hiphop and others.

There is a large second hand section.

There is also a section for slightly damaged records which is great for bargains.

The staff are very friendly.

There are also lots of in store recommendations.

I would highly recommend this for people who want to collect lps.

There are some other great shops in Nottingham too that are worth checking out.

There are many bars and restaurants for after shopping entertainment.

Came here to see Punk Rock Factory, and really enjoyed the venue. Toilet facilities not gendered, super inclusive for everyone! Sanitary supplies available to all. Fantastic impression!

Also, a chair provided, with my name to reserve it, as I have mobility issues.

Would definitely recommend it to people.

Saw sidewalks and skeletons here on the 5th of December 2024. Lovely venue but small, great crowd and nice facilities. Not too hard to find for a first timer in Nottingham.

Jono the absolute boy blessed me with his charm and charisma earlier. Went in looking for a record for my brothers bday, said they only had one. Helped me look for it on the shop floor but sadly couldn’t find it. 5 minutes later he comes back saying the record I was looking for was in the Xmas sale but in the back. He went through the backs storage to find it for me and sorted me right out. Made my day. Big respect to the boy 🙏🙌 will definitely be visiting this store again. Great selection and great staff. Been ordering online here for about a year, waa nice to finally go to visit the actual shop. Amazing selection, had to stop digging because kept finding gold. Really good selection something for everyone. Decent 2nd hand section with good prices aswell

This is a great independent record store, with loads to browse. It's spacious and bright in there and the staff are friendly and happy to help.

I also went to see a gig there in the venue they have upstairs. This is a cool little space with a bar and seating and then a stage area towards the back. It was a surprise to see they had this area too!

All in all a great place for live music and vinyl records. I'd recommend a visit!

Descent selection of vinyl, rough trade is a small chain so they do have spots across UK, this one was pretty sizable and offered a great selection of stuff, including some older original presses with I like to see when going into a record shop.

I'd recommend.
