I feel sincere sorry for all the members staff and residents at this care home as they treat their staff and residents very poorly. My partner had joined here for her first day and carried out her responisbilties accordingly, but by the end of the day she was refused payment though she had carried out her work with utmost care and respect with every resident. this would be evident if anyone spoke with their residents. And all the management team are quite rude towards the residents as well. I would recommend anyone looking to work or to move here to look elsewhere.
