It is very sad to see the condition of the hospital.
Outside the hospital is dirty and not well managed.
I took me ONE hour to find someone I went to visit, by that time my parking had finished.
It used to be one of the greatest hospitals in London.
Shame that the administration has become a disaster.

The A&E staff may be overworked but this doesn't give them a reason to be rude towards me. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and respect. It's understandable to feel frustrated when they don't receive it, especially in a stressful situation. Healthcare workers face immense pressure, but that should never justify rudeness. My feelings are valid, and it's important to remember that we all deserve compassionate care.

There's a serious lack of parking on site for anyone, even disabled parking is too limited. The staff managing the car parks are anything but useful, talking to people with rudeness doesn't help. Otherwise, finding the correct floor, correct bed, etc was quite easy.

the hospital just has nothing but issues firstly the appointment that I had was at 7 in the morning and I had to get up at 5AM are you serious yk what it's somewhat their fault and somewhat the referrals fault but with this next bit you are definitely going think that it's the hospitals fault (not the doctors and nurses they were amazing) but back on to the hospitals fault we got a text message saying where we were supposed to be and when we went up there the people there had to spend 10 plus minutes just to figure out where we were ment to be then onve we got the answer we went down and checked it was 7am btw ams we waited for an hour before we got told that it was a different building they could of at least had a tannoy on that floor but no so we ended up waiting for an hour at the wrong place and then waited from 8:30am to 1:35pm I'm losing my mind right about then because we came so early just to get the operation done 6 HOURS from the actual appointment I cannot recommend this place and I feel extremely bad for the hard working doctors, nurses and surgeons who work there and if you get referred here DO NOT ACCEPT unless you live near it
