Great for finding out about new eye conditions and treatments. The book sharing library is good, although you can not always find what you want, it is more catered towards primary and secondary schools.

Overall, a great service is provided for everyone that uses the website.

I went to the office on 3 January because I needed to visit their shop. It’s a lovely accessible building and the staff were so kind and helpful, ensuring my purchase met all of my needs and even accompanying me to the nearest bus stop afterwards as I was unfamiliar with the area. I haven’t visited their office since they changed location but now I’m confident I can find it again.

A man from RNIB came to my door for charity and asking for personal details and when I denied to give he said I work for any government Security agency or something and was very loud and impolite, absolutely rubbish way to collect charity. I wouldn't donate to a charity where you have people like these.

I haven’t been to the office. However the service is excellent. Very supporting staff on the the phone in all departments. They so want to help. I didn’t Realise how much they can help you so wished I’d found out when I first registered sight impaired. Talking to them makes my eyes water.

had someone raising money for you come to my door in my flat block. They didn't buzz to get in, not sure how they entered the building as they don't live here. Understand you need to raise money but that is very invasive and uncomfortable.
