RSPB site. Canvey Marshes with good parking and well maintained paths that are wheelchair friendly. Good for dog walking and bird watching (if that's your thing) or just for a stroll. Picnic tables are scattered around, but a lack of bins is a bit of a problem.

There was lots of traffic around, so I decided to visit here with the dogs instead of our usual walk.
This was a lovely walk for the dogs.
Wish that there were more dog bins on the walk.
There is a map at the beginning to tell you where you can walk your dogs.

Lovely place to walk just wish there were toilets nearby. I have to walk a long way to get to the area so toilets are essential.

Free car park off a roundabout and go walking around the extensive site, with a bird overlook point. Plenty of opportunity to leave the area and walk farther afield (the seawall, for example). Understandably, as the area is low lying, it's sensible to take sturdy waterproof footwear.

If you want a quiet walk with nature perfect. Small playground. Could do with lots more dog poo bins to stop it being bagged and left and toilets in the car park would be great.
