I bought a desk from RSPCA Pinner and received fabulous service from the staff in the shop and the delivery men. It’s always a pleasure to visit the shop as the manager and her team are all wonderful. I would like to congratulate the manager on her running of the shop.

I’ve been shopping at this oxfam for 3 years. But noticed that prices were a bit inflated and the sane things were on sale week after week. I bypassed it on occasions for this reason. I went there on Friday 21st October. It was like being in a different store. There were 3 wonderfully refreshing staff that were efficient polite and friendly. For the first time in months it was a pleasure visiting the shop. I visit at least once a week now.

Great charity shop! I’m always visiting this shop to buy books, at bargain prices. I usually find a great book or two, or three 😉
The Manager, Faye, and the volunteers that work here are really helpful and friendly. It’s nice to see that people care about the place they work👌

Shocked at how rude the staff are in this charity shop. The man at the till was constantly watching me like I was doing something wrong, even though I bought a couple of items at the shop. My daughter was looking at some toys and the lady ordered her to leave the toy area. We did not feel welcome or valued as customers and probably will not enter the shop again.

23/10/2021 I was mistreated and yelled at by a very rude woman, apparently the store manager. Last week I spent nearly 40 pounds on clothes for my children and me. One of the items did not suit me well, and I decided to return it. I hadn't tried it on before buying it because the shop was busy and I had my kids with me. When trying to return it (as an exchange for other goods I was purchasing, I am a regular charity shop customer and had been to that shop many times) this woman started to shout that trying to return the item was against the rules, as if I was some sort of criminal. In front of my 6 year old daughter. Rude, unprofessional and completely unfit for the role. Never coming back to RSPCA Pinner.

Fabulous Faye the manager makes this shop rock! Slight concern as with any charity shop that quality donations are sold a little too cheaply... doesn't stop me donating there though. Stay Faye and don't go away !
