Just dropped off some books and costume jewellery into the Newark charity shop and I have never been received so rudely!! I was made to feel like an inconvenience by the two elderly volunteers there! I donate to charity shops often and usually people ate great full for donations.... shocked!! Won't be going there again!!

My cat was stuck up a 40 foot tree in boiling heat with no food and no water for 17 hours, my boy is only 1 and is an indoor cat, so he's very vulnerable, tried calling 5 times to no avail, they wouldn't send anyone out to rescue my boy, we had to improvise and thank God for tree surgeons. So my suggestion. If you cat Is in danger up a tree. Don't call the RSPCA. Call The Tree Fellas. Or any sort of tree surgeon. They will help no problem. So very disappointed.

Tried to get in touch for 3 days and also left few messages but nobody rang me back. Im only asking how the hell those volunteer based companies work if they cant be asked to answer the phone while someone offers help and donations.

Rude on the phone accused me of trying to palm off my cat i recently rehomed which unfortunately does not get on with my other cat. She kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak. At a time like this to be made to feel guilty is not acceptable.
