Visited the charity shop today. Beautiful shop with lots of helpful leaflets and information about pets and insurance etc. The items were all looked after and there were some fab designer bargains! The staff member that served us was very friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend to others 🙂

Was lucky enough to go on the Open Day and have behind the scenes tour of the cattery. What amazing work the staff do here. We saw up close the hard work that it takes to keep this place going.

Great staff, who really do such an amazing job in looking after all the animals that are either abandoned, or taken from/given by those who cannot look after them for whatever reason. They also do great with humans too!!! I'm going back again soon, and certainly not for the last time.

One month ago, I would give five stars as we were provided the hope that we could get back our cat Poppy. The staff/ volunteer in the Sheffield branch was nice to give us a number to give details about how we have been looking after Poppy.
And we were advised that from the contact person that we could have Poppy back that they would phone us back once she's available for rehoming. We were also advised that the details we provided would be shared internally within all the other RSPCA so we didn't have to worry.
However, I saw her on the advert for adoption on another branch and no one notified us.
Now she's already been reserved and after explaining to the Doncaster branch, I was even at first being misunderstood that I was the one who abandoned her but indeed I was the one who looked after her when she was straying. After liaising with the Doncaster branch, I was acknowledged that there was no such information about her shared between different branches of RSPCA and this saying is totally different from what I was told by the staff from the number given by Sheffield RSPCA.
I already lodged the complaint by following the procedures but nothing resolved and there was no such 3rd party to provide a fair resolution.
I'm really disappointed with all the chaotic communication and policies between the RSPCA branches which has caused me and my beloved Poppy separated forever now.

We were so lucky to be able to adopt our kitten, Lois ( was Stewpot) from the rescue three weeks ago. She has bought so much joy back to our lives. We took her back to the rescue last week to be neutered and she has been absolutely fine. The rescue looked after her the night before the procedure to save us making 4 trips up the motorway in one day. It was much appreciated. The staff do a brilliant job and especially during the Coronavirus restrictions. Thank you
